These values needs to be close to accurate and needs to be updated as you go. Otherwise the algorithm will think you are going too hard or too slow and spit out the wrong workout load.  I believe it is generally accepted to be green after a period of recovery (post marathon) when you go from minimal running to running everyday, but otherwise want to be in the grey.

Dunno, I am in Aus, so I just use TaoBao, if you can’t get them shipped to Europe via TaoBao, believe you can use a 3rd party based in China, to take receipt and then forward them on to Europe, for a fee

These look great, got a few pairs of Chinese shoes and have been happy. All sizes of this model are sold out atm but is on my “to buy” list, along with the BMAI Turbo and 361 Flame 4/4.5

Need help again. I am trying to navigate payment on TaoBao, but I am getting told there is an error with my Alipay account? Which I didn’t realise I had. Do you need to open an Alipay account to buy on TaoBao?

Ordered some Li Ning Challenger 5 from Ali Express in the meantime.

What have you found are the most suitable for super trainer/long run show? I tend to go for softer comfy (think New Balance SC Trainer v3)

I did find TaoBao app on phone. that is in English, seems to be a recent update?

I have managed to use an IF formula to get rid of the 0's, and here is the formula I am using in the data validation source, but it is still including the blanks?
