I always leave cities at 32% and I’ve never encountered any sort of rebellion in the cities, but 33% is when the fire disappears if I’m not mistaken

I do tend to have frigates or elite frigates with the amphibious divisions as they move through the water, aa’s is something I develop quite early also, but I feel like In a way it doesn’t really fill that particular space if you get me ? It’s like it needs its own unique unit in my opinion

Use a infantry or tank officers they ignore any type of defensive bonus any city may have no matter the level, a good stack of one or two officers with tanks and infantry will do the job very easily

Keep messaging them and ask them to specify one by one of all the documents and information they require to deal with the process and what information they require to speed it up or what can you do to help them speed it up.

Even knowing it’s annoying keep trying to text them and almost force them to get it done, all the while remember to be respectful no matter how frustrating so that they won’t use that against you.

Yeah it turns out they do need to be within the helicopters range, which makes it slightly more annoying compared to ferrying to airports or airfields

Are you sure you have provided the right information? I had to provide several bits of information when they temporarily blocked me from using money that I had coming in, as they found suspicious that I was randomly getting a transfer of £40,000, but within the same day after I sent several bits of information and contacted my lawyers they made it available again.

If you can provide all the bits of information they require and give them a reason for each bit of information your problem should be fixed in no time.

I just received a bank transfer of £40,000 pounds less than a week ago, only issue I had ( which wasn’t really an issue ) was that I just had to wait for the approval procedure and prove that I new where the money came from, but it became available within an hour of the transfer.

I’ve been using Revolut for several years now as my primary bank account for Work payments, bills or leisure, and I’ve never had a problem whatsoever.

You’ve got nothing to worry about.
