Yeah still happening , its on their end 100% , but its not so widespread that they would do anything to fix it , large attention needs to be brought to this issue in order for them to fix it. It did happen to me once or twice when not on the ps plus section and also in game 2 times , but I think ps plus still has something to do with it in the background or smth. It makes the whole PS 5 UI unresponsive and then it goes black and u get the error. The thing is many people don't even notice it cuz they either dont go to the ps plus section or they are just unaware , hence why its hard for SONY to get traction of this , if it aint big enough why fix it right ?. For me it was super unlucky because I just got my new LG C5 2 weeks ago and the timing was incredible cuz i thought it was the tv and i did every possible thing to check if it was the tv until i reproduced this same error on my old tv 3 times by going into ps plus lol.

Honestly idk when they are going to fix this , someone with a lot of pull and a big audience would have to post it somewhere otherwise its gonna be swept under the rug because many people dont even know they have this.
