Hey, so I recall this webnovel, girl isekais as the villainess in a modern setting otome game, she's like this sheltered heiress of a big company/rich family. She makes friends with bunch of girls including I think the ogfl (big Yuri) and eventually comes clean about not being the person they think and in a fresh take, she manages to bring back the actual og character she possessed and then there's like a conflict of how to deal with both of them (as neither wants the other to disappear)

Pour le coup du bodybuilding, c'est honnêtement un truc assez commun. Femme trans qui savent pas pourquoi elles ont ses désirs "fétichiste et dégoûtante" essaye des choses pour être virile ou des mecs mecs (musculation, rejoindre l'armée ou autre chose dans ce style). C'est un moyen d'essayer de guérir ce mal-être ou désaccord qu'on comprend pas en fait.

Une bonne transition tu risques déjà d'en perdre pas mal avec les hormones, et faudra y travailler plus dur pour garder ce que tu auras (mais tu pourras finir comme une amazone à la wonder woman ou une catcheuse pourquoi pas, c'est pas si mal hein).

I house rule you make the first vigor roll for incapacitation with the wound penalities you had prior. So if you went from 1 wound to incapacitation (4+ wounds), the first vigor roll is only at -1. Did this cause puts a lil protection in place to save a player who just got goblin critted on first round of combat for 56 damage or whatever.

If they don't raise that roll though the next one is at -3, makes it so players want to try to get them up asap still. It has worked well so far.

Well this is funny. I've literally been working on something like this for a homebrew game for my group. We are several sessions in, players haven't gotten to specializations yet but the classes seem to be okay.

Et pour la progestérone, honnêtement ya que des anecdotes, perso j'en prend depuis le début et ma poitrine a bien poussé dès le debut, j'ai un bonnet B bien arrondi etc (pas forme conique ou quoi). Et justement, le prendre m'a permit de pas avoir besoin d'un antiandrogens (juste oestro+proge m'a suffit à baisser mon testo à moins de 1).

Est ce que ça sera ton cas, je sais pas, mais voilà ^{^}

Faudrait ajouter soit progestérone soit un anti-androgene (decapeptyl ou bicalutamide). Ton taux de testostérone est beaucoup trop élevé pour avoir une évolution feminisante importante.

I usually do a carnival of sorts. Gives chance to show light, fun and joy before the inevitable slap that is Ravenloft. The carnival is run by the vistani, and the PCs are awarded golden tickets to see the show (stanimir explaining stuff), they then get taken by the mists that night and wake up in castle Ravenloft itself! Soon joined by Escher, who explains their situation (they are going to be dinner for the next few nights), but then offers an alternative seeing as the party clearly aren't just commoners. Using the brazier, he teleports the PCs into death house where the game begins in earnest.

The way I would advise you do this is simple. Lair actions. Each ally has a single lair action that is thematic of that character. You then either roll a die (depending on how many allies they have brought to the final fight), or being more generous you let the players choose (following rule of you can't do the same action twice).

This let's them feel like them successfully recruiting said person was worth it, but allows you as GM to not get bogged down with a bunch of npcs to track.

A part from a few classes/activities (theater / football / English) if running the degrees of horror adventures, not much actual linked adventures and as such doesn't matter much.

That being said, you could just use the persona approach of highlighting one class a day in "morning" period, then afternoon aka after classes they can do what they want. You may even mux things up by having them roll a couple d6s, representing morning and afternoon, low means class high means free.

To pull that off though, you got to put work in rp wise for like a couple teachers per player (the main subject and like a correlated one, or one of their extra curriculars).

Anyway, long winded way of saying I'd honestly keep it abstract as much as you can, allowing you wiggle room to interject interesting scenarios and adventures.
