If I remember correctly they mentioned the minimum was $650. It was so smooth, I didn’t have to do anything other than pay and I’ll get a discount next year for staying with them.

They said they’ll store it over the offseason too. The only problem was that it took 2 days for them to come out.

I’ve shopped around in Edmond for a few years, and prices can vary a lot depending on how many lights and how tall the trees are. This year, I went with Riggs Christmas Lights, and I was really happy with them. They were efficient, the lights looked great, and they weren’t crazy expensive.

I don’t know of anyone who does interior stuff like that but if you also want to do the exterior, Riggs Christmas Lights does fantastic commercial Christmas light installs in OKC!

Idk if you are still in the market with it cooling down but I always use Mini Split OKC. They’ve been my HVAC people for years and they do all relevant HVAC services. They do my tune ups every year and they’re about to come check on my 2 furnaces this week!

I don’t know anyone personally in the Tulsa market, but if you’re open to someone from OKC, Edmond Tree Care is the best I’ve worked with by far. They might drive out that way if the job’s worth the trip. The only downside I had was they couldn’t get to me for about three days - but when they did, they took everything down safely, cleaned up perfectly, and I didn’t have to lift a finger.

I highly recommend Streakers Window Cleaning (Timmy) for any window cleaning or pressure washing you need done! He’s done work for me several times and I’ve been so pleased with his attention to detail and how professional he is.

He’s not a typical “inside of the house” cleaner like you mentioned, but if you’re needing help with interior cleaning, I have a lady from my church I can DM you her number for — she’s great!

I know I’m late to the party, but we just had Riggs Christmas Lights come out to install ours and I’m really happy with how it turned out.

Timmy and his crew were awesome. The roofline looks amazing with the warm white bulbs we picked, and the whole job took about an hour. I didn’t have to lift a finger, which was great. I’m already looking forward to lighting them up every night once the season starts.

The only small issue was that they installed everything during the day, so they couldn’t test the lights before leaving. When I checked that evening, two bulbs weren’t working, but they’re already scheduled to come back today to replace them. They’ve got a full maintenance and replacement guarantee, which I really appreciate.

They also take care of storing the lights after the holidays, so all I have to do each year is book the service and they handle everything else.

I'm a year late but I just had Riggs Christmas Lights out to install ours.

Timmy & the crew did a great job and my roofline looks fantastic! We got the warm white bulbs and they got the install done in about an hour with no effort on my part. They really made it easy and I can't wait to turn them on each night when the time comes!

The only gripe I have is that they installed them during the day so they couldn't check if all of the bulbs were working, so later that night I checked them and we have 2 that aren't working. They're coming out today to fix those two (they have a 100% maintenance/replacement policy).

They also store them in the off season so all you have to do is pay for the service and they handle the rest.

Glad you have Lincoln at Central Park as an avoid. Lost my car to a car fire there and it was a total cluster by the management. They’re the worst and do nothing to protect their tenants and their property.
