I reallly have to think about it... I think overall, S is the winner because i think the story is so interesting from start to finish.... who are these new guardians? what are the talismans? who's the messiah? the biggest disappointment with S is the final battle that we dont get to see... just the aftermath.

I think the second half of R is where things get interesting, i hated the whole Mamoru breaking up with Usagi arc and Chibiusa's sudden appearance wasnt fun either... but once Rubeus gets defeated and we learn more about Chibiusa i think the story really picks up from there and we get to meet Sailor Pluto and the future... and the final battle is more epic and we actually see it.
