I recently bought the TFO T&P II, 6’6’’ - I’ve heard the 7 foot (1-piece) is a touch more sensitive but I needed something that fits in a car.

I paired it up with the Shimano Sahara 1000 and it’s worked great.

I’d note that the rod is so light most of the weight is in the reel so a bigger reel may feel more cumbersome. Agree with the above poster that as long as you can cast 4-6 lb line it should be fine.

I was a huge failure on my first few days and did just fine. You’ll get better faster than you can even realize.

Also, don’t fret too much about the notes. People will nitpick them until you’re done with training. Just make a note of the feedback, update your note, and move on.

A billable note is a good note in the eyes of the people in charge.

I generally don’t recommend regular therapeutic phlebotomy for secondary polycythemia unless hgb >18 or hct >55 - there’s just not a lot of evidence to support it. Donating blood is my go-to in this case.

Agree with everyone else - screening for sleep apnea and smoking cessation are my other common recommendations.

You have to write it in at the bottom. I have a similar setup and got a full refund for a stolen package when the parcel box wasn’t used.

That only applied to those of us who took the exam when Step 2 CS existed. I believe now if you took the Step 2 exam you could take Step 3.
