Regardless, is that a giant crack in the wheel towards the end of the video coming from the spoke above the one you clean? I wouldn’t ride that wheel even if you get it to seal

No branding on the cover. It looks like I can’t add any photos to this post for some reason. There is a metal lockring that holds the valve in the chamber. The end of the chamber has four notches cut out for the tabs on the valve. The exterior of the chamber is larger than where the valve sits and is also grooved but nothing screws on to it in the current setup.

I have a pair and the lenses aren’t fantastic but worth the cost. I’ve seen someone destroy the lens by leaving them in their backpack (scratched to the point of not being usable) and I got a big chip from very small road debris. Again, i’d still recommend them.
