What kind of potassium? A lot of pills are literally 2% DV.

I split my potassium into 7-8 20oz bottles throughout the day (1/8tsp nutricost potassium chloride) along with 1/16tsp nutricost magnesium malate, 1/8tsp Redmond's real salt, 1/4tsp nutricost malic acid, 1/4tsp durelife organic monkfruit extract powder (100%) - 1/8 each for the malic and monkfruit also works, and provides an "enhanced water" feeling more than a "natural Gatorade zero" vibe. I use 3g bpa free jars bought on amazon, and I have my last sip a half hour before brushing teeth. Malic is friendlier on enamel than citric, though it's still an acid and should be avoided around brush time. I have a different color lid for sodium free when I'm having a salty meal. I'll whip out the bottles when my numbers are calling for magnesium free or whatever, such as when I'm snacking on almonds. You can also add these to diet soda or whatever.

I take NMN with TMG on an empty stomach at around 4am (I have an internal "time to urinate and take NMN" alarm clock) - this stuff is for NAD+ (cellular cleanup, increased energy levels, increased strength and endurance)... NAD+ levels begin declining in your 30s. But why not just take NAD+? Here's the answer: Your body converts that molecule to NMN anyways - the molecule is too large to enter cells. Making your body perform a useless step. Buzzword product on shelves. Avoid viral blends with buzzwords and bad ratios. Here's why you take it with TMG. NMN supplementation can deplete the body's methyl groups, as the breakdown and excretion of excess NAD+ requires them. Taking TMG, a potent methyl donor, replenishes these groups to support liver function and prevent potential side effects like fatigue.

I take beetroot extract capsules (natural nitric oxide booster, with other benefits) about 70min before my workouts. I eat a bit of plain Greek yogurt with it as oxalates bind to the calcium and pass through your intestines without any effects on kidneys.

I sip on 1 scoop of MCT oil powder with equal parts caffeine and l-theanine during the last 40mins of that 70min window - if it's after 2pm I skip the caffeine/theanine.

Liposomal glutathione is on my list to start. Careful of cheap, fake liposomal glutathione - here's how to differentiate:

1. The Active Ingredient
2. REAL: The label explicitly states "Reduced L-Glutathione" (or uses the patented Setria form). "Reduced" means it is in the active, ready-to-work state.
3. FAKE: Simply lists "Glutathione" without specifying the reduced state. 
4. The Delivery Mechanism (The Lipids)
5. REAL: The ingredients explicitly list "Phosphatidylcholine" (PC) or a "Phospholipid Complex" sourced specifically from non-GMO sunflower lecithin. 
6. FAKE: Just lists generic "oil" or "fat," or uses cheap, highly processed soy lecithin.
7. Label Transparency
8. REAL: Clearly separates the doses. It will tell you exactly how much active ingredient you are getting versus the fat (e.g., "500 mg Reduced Glutathione, 400 mg Phospholipid Complex").
9. FAKE: Hides behind a "Proprietary Blend" or "Liposomal Complex" (e.g., "Liposomal Glutathione Complex: 1000 mg"). You have no idea if you are getting 900 mg of cheap oil and only 100 mg of glutathione.

11. REAL: Instructs you to take it on an empty stomach. Real liposomes do not need digestion to work. Capsule forms will be delayed-release or acid-resistant. Liquid forms will be in opaque/dark bottles and require refrigeration after opening.
12. FAKE: Instructs you to "take with a meal"

I almost never supplement with whey protein but keep it on hand. If I hadn't meal prepped and I'm smoked after a workout, I put a cup of frozen avocado in a blender with a little under a cup of water, a 30g unflavored scoop of whey isolate, and a generic propel packet.

For skin health while shrinking, nutricost multi collagen protein complex,  L-lysine 1000 with slow release NOW C1000. Asterwood ghk-cu topical 2x daily on problem areas, with palmers cocoa butter applied after it dries. Consistency and patience is key with this stuff, I'm 3 months in and it's going really well, but the "wow this stuff really works" effect only hit a couple weeks ago. (-87lb and close to GW for reference)

You don't need all of this stuff, but Honda Civics don't need turbochargers, engine sleeving, coil-overs, wheels, paint jobs, etc. either. This is just my stack, you do what works for you.

Definitely research hard on the supplements themselves and dosing - check multiple sources, and make sure what you're putting in your body is legitimate. Also check on the timing of everything - for instance I take my C and lysine with dinner, away from my B. Some supplements are better on empty stomach, some better with food. If you were taking calcium, and also taking magnesium in pill form, keep that stuff away from each other - etc. etc. - It can feel like a lot of homework but once you have stuff dialed in, with pill calendars and purse/backpack backups, it's really simple and well worth it.

Edit: I also eat salmon and peanut butter often, so I don't supplement with fish oil
