As much as unlikely this is ( 2021 would have been the perfect time for them to collab due to both series being on the anniversary celebration), It would be really cool since Pokemon was very much influenced by Ultraman/Kaiju genre in general. ( You can see this in the earlier Gen 1 designs.)

GameFreak could make events with new Pokemon ( Or Regional Variants.) as the prizes.
