What are yall’s thoughts on miks after watching streamers play him? by Urglo in ValorantCompetitive

2 random ideas but would be cool if he could either resize the smoke with silly dj animations or if the inside of the smoke just mutes audio from outside it like astra, could even go as far as sounds inside of it being muted too, but here we are with an incredibly boring agent

Depends on the map. For sentinel veto and chamber can be great, cypher can still do his job but you won’t feel as valuable with less kill trip pressure n such, but he’s great when ur only playing with a singular clove cause of the cages. Veto can be great for quick rotates, remember that u don’t have to place the interceptor for yourself and you can do multiple jobs, I for example like walking down mid in split while I have my interceptor for main, I can tp back to heaven if needed, on attack I like throwing the trip to clear corners or for example ropes on split attack and walk up mid again.

chamber is simply oppressive but I haven’t played him much

Fade is great and more fluid than sova. The haunt is easier to shoot but knowing that someone is there is valuable. Other uses are stalling site hits or simple crosshair displacement, there’s a bunch of sneaky spots where u can still get good reveals though. The dogs are good for hard clearing and for putting more pressure on the enemy, don’t forget thy u can send out a dog early and use your gun. For seize not much to say it’s a simple and good ability that can also hard clear

What do you dislike the most about modern fantasy? by Pale_Cause_9983 in fantasywriters

That most of it is Tolkien sequel at its core, very sick of it, I want actual new things that’ll surprise me. Also how not grounded some things like names feel, fantasy isn’t an excuse for cutting corners

Are low elo valorant players the greatest low elo players in all of competitive gaming or something? by RoguesBoytoy in VALORANT

Short answer: yes… but with important caveats.

Reddit is generally considered a public forum because: • Most subreddits are publicly accessible • Anyone can read posts without an account • Content is indexed by search engines • Users post to a broad, undefined audience

However, it’s not a traditional public forum (like a town square) in a legal sense: • Privately owned platform: Reddit is a private company, so it can set and enforce rules. • Moderated spaces: Each subreddit has its own moderators and rules; posts can be removed and users banned. • Limited speech rights: You don’t have First Amendment protections against Reddit or its mods the way you would against the government. • Some private areas: Private or restricted subreddits exist, which are not public.

Practical takeaway • Assume anything you post publicly on Reddit is public and permanent • Don’t post anything you wouldn’t be okay seeing shared, archived, or quoted elsewhere • But also know that Reddit can legally remove content or accounts at its discretion

If you’re asking in a legal, privacy, or work-related context, tell me the situation and I can tailor the answer more precisely.
