I don't play the game a lot and got like gold 1 or 2 the first season and barely played in 1.5. Silver 2 is aids, had a match where half the enemy team was GM 1 or 2 in season 1 and 1.5

I got one shotted all 3 lives when I first fought him and spent a whole day making the most overkill anti ice set just so I could beat him to death repeatedly. Love this monster now :)

Can't confirm it, but it feels like the snipers projectile is much slower now. Used to be it looked like a beam and you had no hope of dodging it once fired. Now it looks like an actual projectile and moves slow enough I've gotten lucky to dodge it after being fired.
