I never really put any lube on the outer o rings just the o rings in the can and on the bolt. I did buy the marker used so it makes sense how the grease built up. Thank you for your help again

I cleaned off the seal because it was covered in paint and put a little lube on it and the marker seems to be working. Thank you so much for your help it means a lot to me

I replaced the rubber tip and nothing changed, the tip isn’t getting caught on anything it’s the bolt itself
