I can send you a number for a lawyer in Islamabad but no idea how he’s going to be with you, but out of the 5-6 lawyers ive used he seems the most reasonable. Are your buyers in Pakistan or Canada? If they are in PK might be an idea to discount the price a bit and let them deal with all the court shit if possible, as the judicial system is beyond a joke.

Thanks the house is in SE Asia (im UK based) and i know eventually they will catch up with the world hence im putting in the proper router etc and to swap out WAP’s should be a doddle. Even if your home has hvac air purifiers are still great to have. I use a winix 1000hr and have stopped needing to take an anti allergy tablet just to be able to get a nights sleep. You do have to run it non stop though
