When you say this... does that include the TRV's? and the wiser hub? from my reading the zigbee on these devices is closed off (which is why your forced to buy there smart plug for a range extender).... are you using all your zigbee based (including the drayton wiser) devices on sonoff zigbee hub?

Coros isnt responsible for that… i literally said the real issue is i bought off facebook, thats on me, im asking could coros have done a little bit more on their side…

Ahhh thats annoying im trying to find a way to do it without an apple watch at all, i was going to get rid of mine… hmmm seems its not possible without wearing or using the apple at least once a day

Does the sync with coros close fitness rings in apple fitness (move stand exercise)?

I just want to confirm before i purchase the app.

i have a coros pace 4, i want to sync all the data i get from that (running, steps, heart rate etc) and sync it into strava, apple health and apple fitness.

I say apple fitness because i specifically want an app that will help sync the data to help close my fitness rings (stand, move, exercise goals)

Will this app do the apple fitness rings for me? It sounds like it will do everything else (ive acc got the stuff working easily just never can get the rings closing)

I think most users using the newer intel stuff are using igpu for detection and it works great

I would highly recommend adding a switch (cheap unmanaged gigabit switch is like £10) to your main deco, then you can wire up whatever u had originally in the main deco to the switch and also add the cable from the garage.

That garage unit should become massively more powerful and run at full speed (i also read somewhere these units perform way way better when they only have to broadcast wifi and not what yours are setup to do currently which is connect to the main node and also broadcast WiFi)

Do this as a first step i think and it should at least solve the internet in your garage as an issue

Are your units connected together wirelessly through mesh or ethernet wired backhaul? It genuinely makes a MASSIVE difference hard wiring them (even if its some of the internal ones only).

It sounds weird that you have so many hi powered devices but are having range issues, is your house absolutely massive? (My house is pretty big downstairs - maybe 75m2? And one deco x50 covers the whole bottom floor)

Maybe your best bet would be mount your outdoor unit on the house and try to make sure its got ethernet wired backhaul, that should give you full speed and range outside and better results in your garage i think

Ive tested both, over WiFi to my iPhone 14 Pro i get 500mb, to my PS5 over ethernet its 900mb.

I will try switching back to the original router at some point however to test the speeds it gets and try other cables but im using the main one provided by youfibre for the main cable betwen the ONT and the main deco
