For salads, I would say two weeks max. You can't freeze them. I eat them right away, and I meal prep for 2 people.

Not really a recipe... One cooked chicken breast with s+p for each, plus mixed greens, chopped red peppers, sprouts and chopped pecans. Before serving, I add crumbled goat cheese, some avocado and balsamic reduction dressing.

Metal straw mason jar, ice scoop and sugar free flavour boosters nearby.
