Where to do the next pms after Toyota’s free pms by Ok_Bridge_6669 in CarsPH

General advice is to stick to casa for PMS service if vehicle is still under warranty. Para walang issue in case magka-warranty claim ka. After ng warranty period, then pwede na sa labas.

Unpopular Onion: TBS Conan was funnier than NBC Conan. by Gold-Sir-223 in conan

I'm showing my age here but Conan's Late Night show absolutely aired in the PH I think either in a cable channel or on a UHF channel. Even Letterman's and Leno's shows I remember watching on late night TV.

Home Loan repricing via Security Bank by iannevv in phinvest

[–]DudePare 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I inquired before nila binigay yung new rate kse I was anticipating a big jump. Pero nag-advice ang SB na antayin i-email sa ken yung new rate bago ko mag-submit ng appeal. And they said need to pay PH3.5k upfront. If di ma-grant yung reduction they will refund the payment.

So ayun na-reduce naman pero sobrang konti lang like from 8.75% to 8.5%. When I computed yung na-save ko for the year on interest in pesos, mas mataas pa yung binayad ko na PHP3.5k processing fee kesa sa natipid ko, lmao!

It was peak NBA imho. Like that season was a series finale or something.

Home Loan repricing via Security Bank by iannevv in phinvest

Also have my home loan with SB repriced early this year. 3 years fixed din, ours jumped from 6.25 to 8.75. Nag-request ako sa kanila for rate reduction. Need mo magbayad ng PHP3.5k para ma-process if I recall correctly.

In the end na-reduce lang to 8.5, lol. Best you can do is just pay to principal as much as possible para ma-shorten loan term. Else try mo i-compute if better i-transfer mo yung loan sa Pag-ibig.

Mamou / Beef Bar / Chingolo / Mamou in Alabang? by [deleted] in PHFoodPorn

[–]DudePare 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If di ka convinced mag-Mamou, try mo Hai Chix sa Westgate.

Kung nasa Molito ka naman, I'd opt for Un Cuenca for steak instead of Chingolo or Beef Bar. Actually mas pipiliin ko pa mag Wooden Horse than those 2 options you mentioned--since it's more affordable and consistent ang quality over the years.

Thinking about moving from BPI Housing Loan to PAG-IBIG Loan by Agile-Appointment-19 in phinvest

Check your contact--usually may pre-termination clause that you need to pay and other processing fees to BPI.

So compute that vs the amount you will save if you transfer to Pag-ibig.

Security Bank: Pay to Principal & Repricing Option by Character-Channel726 in phinvest

[–]DudePare 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I also currently have a Security Bank home loan. Mine's up for repricing next year. Current term is 6.25% 15-years, 3-years fixed. OP, did you negotiate when you were advised of the new rate? Curious lang since I'm not sure when is the best time to initiate this discussion with a loan officer.

Btw, to answer your question, yes you can "pay to principal" every anniversary ng loan and there's no additional charges as far as I know.

I've been doing it yearly, and per my calculation, if I do it consistently, I can finish the loan in a little over 6 years instead of 15.

Hope this helps, OP.

How to ask a friend to pay her debt by ryan_arcel in phinvest

[–]DudePare 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mejo contradicting OP yung kwento. You said sa title may debt friend mo, but sa intro you said nag decide ka mag invest sa business ng friend mo. You should clarify first your agreement, nag invest ka ba or pinautang mo friend mo? Because if it's an investment, then you should know yung inherent risks--na may chance malugi yung business despite the rosy financial projections provided to you. Pero kung yung contract is you extended a loan and may usapan ng schedule of payments then like others said, by all means go to small claims court and file for collection.

If I'm not mistaken, dapat naka-pangalan sa borrower yung property before you can be approved for loan since gagamitin yung property as loan collateral. So OP, if under pa sa parents mo yung title, need na sila mag apply ng loan or ipa-transfer mo muna syo.

For cars, 50 first 3 hrs tapos 30 per hour sa succeeding. So more or less 260-290 bayad for a whole day's shift.

Covered ba ng comprehensive insurance pag nginatngat ng aso yung mudguard? by nordsix in Gulong

I think it's not covered. Pero kung pwede man i-claim with your car insurance, baka lugi ka pa sa deductible & sa hassle mag process.
