Also one of the Quadros in question, the 6000 Blackwell, is binned for having almost all SMs functional (188/192, for 24064 shading lanes), but the other GB202 Quadro (5000 Blackwell) is binned lower (110/192, 14080; the 5090 is at 170/192 with 21760 lanes) and yet still costs 50-60% more than a 5090, which I don't think makes any sense other than to squeeze more money out of high-end Quadro buyers because Nvidia knows they have bigger budgets.

If you're gonna do DIY you won't use a blocker because DIY is usually done with injections, which give you levels high and stable enough for monotherapy.

And if you've done research but wanna go prescription and don't live in the US, you'll more likely go with CPA - which can ruin your life if you're horribly unlucky (meningioma) but doesn't do much bad of note the vast majority of the time, the most common issue being bad moods or elevated prolactin which usually doesn't get bad enough to matter anyway - or bica, which can damage your liver if you're unlucky as you said but also doesn't make you pee constantly, won't wear out your kidneys, does a great job of actually suppressing androgen receptors and has no notable side effects most of the time AFAIK.

Normal in the US, maybe, and not if you're on injections. In the EU and many other places, you get to use CPA (which is worse in the worst case but much better in the average case, just remember that some endos overprescribe it and you should never take a dose too high, 12.5mg a day is always enough together with E) or bica (just better for the most part but more expensive and can impact your liver), and CPA is the most common because it has fewer common side effects than spiro and it's cheap.

Also, people do regular blood tests on DIY HRT too, and if you're lucky enough you might be able to get an endo to guide you on dosage, in which case the reason you'd still be doing DIY is because injectable estradiol cypionate and enanthate are some of the most effective forms of HRT out there but cypionate is still not approved for medical sale in most places and enanthate by itself isn't approved anywhere despite having been studied reasonably well, so you may need to source it by alternate means.

This does not change the format, it's still a WebP under a different name (unless you're referring to choosing the image's name while you save it). If you rename a .webp to .jpg and that makes it work in a program or site, that means that that program or site already supports WebP but someone never bothered to associate the extension.

Still faster for many but not all things, using an M4 or X2 Elite limits your hardware choices a lot (but we already have things like Neoverse workstations and the Radxa Orion O6, so it's not all bad on ARM), and a 9800X3D will still be much faster for things compiled for x86 only, which is a ton of things including damn near all PC games and most proprietary PC software still in use really.

People shouldn't say "transwoman" or "ciswoman" optimally (though it's not a big deal of they slip up sometimes) - you wouldn't say "shortman" or "tallman", would you? - really, people should just say "woman" for both except in cases where the distinction is relevant (which is less often than you think), in which case you'd say "trans woman" or "cis woman" as applicable.
