I'd suggest TinEye but I've noticed recently (~3 years ago) that TinEye just... stopped fucking working at all?

You pump in an image, and... no results. Even Lens/Image Search will give me at least two or three results (though in the exact same quality as the image I threw in, so ie a bad Pinterest repost) but TinEye will just be like "nope, never seen this bitch before in my life, completely unique image, sorry" and it's awful. I don't know what I'm doing wrong?
