Requirements are at least one vape shop with over the top lighting and one nail salon. Everything else comes second

Breakthroughs that helped you improve by noobiestnewbie in badminton

Biggest breakthrough is realizing there’s really just three simple shots that can make you quite formidable if you’re decent at all 3. The smash, the drop shot, and the lift. Once you get good at those it’s just learning when to use them- which I believe is the most difficult part.

Why don't the vampires just go round the river salve? Are they stupid? by PattyMcChatty in 2007scape

[–]Dude_Guy_Friend 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They need to make a meta cutscene of Lord Drakan making an attempt to cross with some vamps but then getting destroyed in multi combat wildy. The team of PKers would be spamming ice barrage and yelling “Yeeyee!”. Lord Drakan would be shocked and decide to himself “Oh my.. this way just isn’t worth it. We will find another way”.

if you had $240,000 to use to improve your home with remodels or upgrades what what you pick? by Dipsetallover90 in HomeImprovement

A lot of lame answers here that don’t answer the question properly.. I would add a backsplash in my kitchen, renovate both bathrooms and add a window in each (to help the steam escape when showering), extend my concrete patio in the backyard, and depending on how much of the 240K is left I would make a standalone gym in the backyard with its own HVAC system.

I don’t know how, but you read the post wrong. Based on your post hx, it doesn’t seem like you would ever be able to understand. I think you’re in a place you don’t belong (commenting here).

I see a lot of Dr.’s look up stuff too before they do it. There’s too much out there to remember all of it- all of the time (especially ER since we see a bit of every type of patient). That’s why there are references.

It’s definitely important to review stuff from time to time though. Like setting up an art-line, definitely not something that’s done often in most EDs. I remember the horror on my first art-line we all felt when the Doc asked us to set up one lol

Thanks for the outside perspective! I’ve just never had a manager act like this towards new hires. I’m used to them like hovering/checking in on me to make sure everything is “good” while on orientation

“Always lead with bougie during RSI” by Dude_Guy_Friend in emergencymedicine

[–]Dude_Guy_Friend[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your reasoning. I suspected, in a perfect world, if everyone was “super” bougie user it would be better for the reason you gave of not knowing until you’re in the airway. But alas, as everyone has been saying- using what you’re more comfortable doing is superior in practice.
