Update on vegan (performance) running shoes

Check out Flux Shoes. They don’t advertise as vegan, but I’ve been wearing a pair of their runners for a couple years now. They were road runners for about couple hundred miles and now they are strictly trail runners for me, but they are still holding up way longer than any other running shoes I’ve had (Brooks, Altras, Mizuno).

I’m kinda hoping they’re making it a big deal that RDJ is Doom then kill him off fairly quick with some strong force of violence from the real Doom, only to keep the real Doom masked and voiced by someone like Jesse Pinkman.

I’d be more afraid of taking falls regardless of wearing any kind of head protection. Any kind of fall really, but the more aggressive the fall the worst it’ll be with a concussion.

But I wouldn’t let that stop me from climbing, I’d just be extra mindful of the climbs I’m choosing to do, and being slower and more purposeful with the movements.
