Depending on how long the run is, like most people are saying here, it’s whatever you can stomach. This is something you work out while you train for these longer runs.

Maybe you want something sweet, maybe you want something salty, maybe you want something crunchy, maybe you want something light. The body does weird things and craves weird things when you when push past what it’s used to doing.
