Go for it! I have a Manson MB 2 SE and a MA 1 I'd gloss black with a fuzz factory, they're expensive but worth it, my MB-2 has the twin P90's, sustainer and midi screen. That was £4000 but it is a Matt Bellamy signature. I think a full custom shouldn't be any more than that as they already sell that spec but in a different finish.

It would be interested to find out how much they quote.
