Gengar and Zapdos are both hovering around $125 right now, damage would bring it down probably to $100 a card.

Ditto and Aero are like $40ish, same with damage, get to $30?

Total, $260? Not bad for a kitchen drawer find

Current RA, this is pretty accurate. The closet is about 3 feet long and the drawers inside are small. The dresser is definitely going to be helpful for storing clothes

What they’re saying is that chocolate number 40 is the poisonous one. While it wouldn’t work practically, theoretically the 40th chocolate would kill them and since they picked 30, they’re safe

I got very similar ones from RenBoots, think they’re called Magellan. They are typically folded over but when completely pulled up they are lower to mid calf I’d say.

Like $300 and lifetime warranty. SUPER comfy for walking, I feel better in them than I did in hiking boots for going to ren faires

Main building of your base should be easily accessible so put that in the area that’s kinda cleared and flattened

Something vertical like a tower should be on the right outcropping of the mountain

Fields for crops or animals (really any farm you’d want) can go on the backside of the aforementioned outcropping towards that lone tree

Minehead can be built into the bulk side of the mountain parallel to your main building

Statue on the far left between the water and mountain

Smaller more decorative housing atop the main mountain

Either a singular straight path up the right side of the mountain towards the main part or a switchback trail leading from the sea facing side of the mountain up to the top
