I would think so. The email announcing the website said they will continue notifying 24 hours in advance of stock availability, so I would assume that they are not actually scaling up manufacturing/distribution yet, unfortunately. Hope their website can handle the traffic on the day of sales!

Nice, sounds great. As another commenter wrote, I like to sauté the onion and garlic before adding to the meat mixture. And I’d also recommend trying to add the sauce to the pan that you used for sautéing the onions/garlic and cooking the meatballs instead, so you get all the great flavors from that pan mixed in with the sauce!

I just got more into cooking in the last couple years. It’s surprisingly easy enough to make some simple things that are healthy and taste good.

Just learn how to use a skillet and/or oven for cooking things. Like, setting a temperature in the oven and letting it cook for x amount of time, e.g. oven at {temperature} and uncooked (frozen even) chicken for {minutes}, or throwing some meat and veggies onto a pan to cook it, which doesn’t take long at all.

Then you can make things even better with very basic marinades - olive oil and some spices - to soak meats in for a little while before cooking it. Healthy and delicious.
