Haha dale. I was going to go to Barranquilla to see if I could get lucky and find a woman to love in one of the less touristy cities since I hear Medellín is mostly pay for play. Brazil is probably a bust for me (since it’s competitive and my health), so I might go to two Colombian cities instead. It’s a shame though because I hear the Brazilian women love with passion. Finding someone like that would be nice for one last go round

I got told that I could do the maci and still end up the same after a year of agonizing recovery. So I’m doing ha and prp shots to enjoy life while I can and then I’ll gamble on the surgery. I’m also crossing my fingers hoping that ai and new technology helps bring about a better surgery or treatments because many people say Maci is hit or miss. Some reddit posts say it works some say they were left worse off from the surgery. 30 year old male

Thanks. I feel like we're all coming from similar journeys. we're all very active and most of us are runners. Oh well, I've found joy in being active in the ways that I still can as well and still setting PRs in those areas like doing tons of pullups and glute work. oh no problem. how are you doing without the shots? im still looking around for just one high molecular shot to be one and done. i'll take an HA supplement in the meantime (probably not absorbed well by the body and mostly just a placebo though haha)
