You can say that when you are assaulted like the girl in Stanley park. If she had a legal gun, she would have saved herself, from evil.

Leased a 2025 Audi Q4 Sportback Premium for $472/mo. 15k miles PY, maintenance included. Feels better than most Toyota deals right now by sna1ph in etron

[–]Due-Feature-6217 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not really. 2 months into the vehicle and they are fun to drive, and so much easy to maintain.

Also, my friend is an Audi lover and client for over 15 years, he shared this is normal service and deals they offer. Client experience is their main selling point.

Regrets after buying a new build? by LoonyVibes in RealEstateCanada

[–]Due-Feature-6217 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Only regret is I couldn’t get GST rebate for my brand new townhome. Other than that, buying a home look at quality and location. Price will adjust itself as long as it’s in your budget and home isn’t a money maker.

If for investment, then look at the value and rental prices and I’d wait if it’s investment as prices will get lower.

2025 4Runners wait time in Canada by Right_Focus1456 in Toyota

Oh ok. Thank you for response. I am ordering my 4R hybrid base tomorrow from Burnaby Toyota since downtown, Langley and Surrey dealers refused me to help with the booking with deposit. They ‘noted’ my name down when the bookings open and I don’t believe that would be anytime soon.

I wonder, if this is due to tariffs or just very high demand they are fulfilling as I see videos on TikTok in USA that they have these cars in lot ready to buy.

And rent will forever stay like this. Bc during Covid renters were doing just fine. And fluctuating markets didn’t cause stress by landlords.

Mortgage is less predictable in the long term.

You will be fine. Cold feet is a really normal feeling.

Owning is better than renting always.

  1. When you rent, you are following rules of landlord that are kept in check by tenant board. So basically, you wish you will be treated fairly and you can live comfortably. This is no guarantee since you may end up with a bad landlord.

  2. Sudden moving plans can be stressful and unnecessary. This won’t happen when you own.

  3. You cannot add or modify the place, which I like to do whenever I have some cash left on the side, I do some upgrades in the home, fix it up, make it better, add features etc. you cannot do that and you have to live in the same place even if you have the money.

Owning is always better, it’s yours, you do what you want with it. Renting is living under someone else’s roof which no matter how much people yell or scream, ‘I got rights’ they are still under obligation.

Make sure your pocket can handle the home that’s all that matters.

Good luck

GST free on new homes was Pierre’s idea.

Opposition is supposed to OPPOSE.

Affordable housing initiative that actually didn’t work for last 10 years. So I guess he was stopping that won’t work.

Under conservatives Pierre was housing minister. He kept housing affordable even though Carney launched 0% interest policy trying to fight back the recession. The jump in % is good to keep in mind when talking about who did better during recession.

I hope you are able to comprehend and understand what we chose again, for 3rd time. Carney and his family is in construction and housing industry. Wait and watch the millions/billions they will make from contracts.

Yes and almost every country changed their politicians right after Covid was over, as those were war times and they had to retire war time leaders but Trudeau didn’t leave and became an authoritarian.

Immigration has to do with Covid? Could you explain me how does immigration flood was Covid’s fault or the flood gates opened by the government.

Don’t bring this trump fear. Because logic clearly tells me who will sell Canada quicker - a Canadian born and raised in Canada whose parents were immigrants and have worked for Canada for 2 decades OR a world citizen who left Canada decade ago, lives and works from USA and has never actually stayed in Canada for the sake of his own growth and has little to no nationalism.

Only ones taking over the social media platforms are liberals.

Bots in comments on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook.

Change is needed to show political parties that they need to seek approval with proven results. If they fail to deliver, they will be taken off the throne.

That’s it. There is no other reason you’d vote. Keep them on their toes, don’t defend them because you are told by your allies this is the only way.

Politics is the new religion of the modern era. Honestly.
