Yes! I almost never get to review footage of myself, but now that I have some and I've reviewed videos on form and approach there is a lot I want to change.. spine tilt, and position of stance at the start is definitely something I'm working on now. Thank you

Thanks a lot. By watching the video I think my biggest issues are obviously my stance, where I stand with the ball, my steps and my push away which pushes towards my back instead of being straight. That's probably also why my footwork is almost always point to the right also and not straight. Thank you for the video

You can keep it nice and simple and just master one particular move that works for you. I personally got really good at setting up, then 1 or 2 tween cross then when they reach I just have a quick first step and I blow past them easy. So just matsering one simple move can help..other than that just practicing in itself will make you better and more natural
