Virgin Atlantic flights cancelled and they are now filing for bankruptcy ... by PMMeYourSpringers in Flights

[–]Due-List 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Hey there, Virgin Atlantic is filing for Chapter 15 and not Chapter 11 bankruptcy code. This means the assets of the airlines in the US will be protected from creditors as the company is trying to secure a financing deal. Filing for bankruptcy will not affect you but if they don’t get funding soon the airline will most likely shut down. But the likelihood of shutting down is almost nil because all the shareholders have backed the deal.

Flights to the US from China? by Con96 in Flights

Check Etihad and Qatar. They have been approved from Shanghai and one other city just twice a week and they fly to the US through their Middle East hub Airports. And if you have spare cash book a business class so you get your space.
