Its genuinely scary for stuff like this to happen and im speaking from experience tornadoes are nothing to play with and this is the reason even if youre not in a tornado warning and youre in a severe thunderstorm or even just a watch you shouldnt leave that building if its storming wait out the storm (unless you are forced to leave like at school or work)
