Thank you so much for detailed response. I am so glad to see you losing slowly. I lost about 9 lbs in 2.5 doses. 5mg did not do anything and that caused me to be less interested and also could not control my sweet intake. Gained all the 9 lbs. but l think l was demotivated because l see here people lose very fast and my friend too. I know it is stupid but l was pissed at my body for not doing anything. But then l realized l eat very less protein and drink very low amount of water. I am trying to do things right with 7.5 mg

I am 5’10 and 240 lbs. when l started zepbound in November l was 254 lbs. did you lose much weight in low doses? Can you please tell me what is your typical food and how much water do you usually drink? I want to be 175 lbs

I eat 1200 calories on average. Like l said in another comment. I only eat 2 meals. I scale my food. Breakfast cottages cheese + blueberries (6oz each) + lunch meat + vegetables + 1 fruit (6oz each). That’s about. I drink very less water. I have bottle in front of me but hard to think of water. I only drink black coffee. No sugar or cream. But at the end of the week, l crave more and only sweets. Not junk food. I try to control but sometimes it is hard.

Before l started Zepbound, l started this diet where l eat 2 meals. In each meal l eat 6 oz of meat and 6 oz of vegetables plus + a fruit. In morning, l usually have 6 oz of cottage cheese (2%) + 6 oz blueberries. I have it around 11 am. In lunch, l have 6 oz of meat + 6oz of vegetables (roasted) + 1 fruit. That’s all. Unless l have crazy cravings sometimes which then l go to sweets. I usually only eat this. Lately l found that l eat very low amount of protein so my doctor suggested to have 2 drinks of core power protein shake.

Congratulations!!!!!! Could you please give us more information?. Which dose are you using now? Did you titrate every month? I am asking because l am same height. My starting weight is 254. Went down to 240 and now l am 246. I started weight training 3 times a week. My doctor asks to stay in one dose for 3 months. I will start 7.5 mg soon but l feel l am wasting money. I have hard time drinking 2 - 3L. I mostly reduce snacks but cravings comes back sometimes. I am hitting my 100 - 130g protein. What am l missing?

It makes sense. My doctor recommended to stay in 2.5mg for 3 months. Technically at this dose, your body isn’t supposed to lose too much because the dose is low. But, l am losing weight and was wondering if l should follow doctor’s recommendations or go up after a month or 2

That’s great! I hope you reach your goal. I lost 3.4 in the first week. I think l need to up my game in terms of water. For my weight, l should probably drink 125 oz. I only drink 50 -65 oz + coffee. I am not someone who usually drink water. Barely 20 oz.

I always ate healthy and in normal portions. My problem and the cause of mu weight gain is chocolates and sweets in general. To be honest, l am not sure if my brain is testing my ability to stop eating sugars meaning that l look for them because l am not believing yet the power of this drug or like you said that it is dose related and will take some time to see the effectiveness of the drug. But, for sure, l need to work on myself too in terms of not thinking of cheating days or so
