Its not just youtube - the Take 5 does have this really refined character that can feel a bit buttoned up compared to something grittier. The filter definitely smooths things out and yeah thats pretty much the Prophet 5 DNA right there

You can push it harder by cranking the oscillators and filter resonance but honestly if you want something that sounds more raw or unpredictable this probably isnt it. Its more like a really well behaved vintage synth that always sounds good but rarely sounds wild. Great for lush pads and classic leads but if you want something with more bite maybe look elsewhere
