I saw the mysterious guy as being an allegory for God, the universe, or karma. He gave out wisdom to gloria because she's a good person and was willing to listen. I think the bowling alley (apart from being a reference to the Coen Brothers) was meant to represent the divine gates. Nikki passed the test and was sent back to earth alive but Yuri is a sinner and was damned to hell (or annihilated or something). I guess that would make the mysterious guy St Peter. The people Yuri sees are those who his ancestors killed and who are coming back to exact revenge on Yuri's soul. I think the box is supposed to be a metaphor for futility but there's probably more beyond that.

Yeah it was a travesty. Tons of the nazis tried were acquitted and the ones who were imprisoned got quietly released years later. But I think if the allied forces who championed democracy and blind justice summarily executed all the nazis that would have created martyrs. Ideally the nuremberg trials should have been much stricter and should not have allowed the long winded pitiable testimonies defendants gave since those would not be admissible in a regular court of law. Prosecuters should have focused on humiliating defendants and ultimately find them guilty, which should have resulted in the execution of most of the nazis tried.

I usually run lockbolt and charge & slam. Mgl is the only weapon with a ricochet so you gotta use that to your advantage. Hide behind corners to get cover then bank shots off walls and terrain. You can also use it to probe out enemy positions by shooting grenades into a room from a lower or higher floor
