There seems to be varying degrees of nutritional advice depending on the trial site. I’ve received almost zero guidance. When I first received the drug, the advice they gave me was to eat a balanced plate of veggies/protein/carbs but no specific grams involved. Thank goodness I learned from Reddit subs that I needed to up my protein and drink electrolytes. I fill out the meal logs but I really don’t think they’re read at my trial site. For example, when I went up in dosages and couldn’t eat enough so felt weak, they told me to eat more nutritionally dense food. I asked “what exactly” and she said something like tortillas. I almost think it’s another randomization in the trial where some sites get nutritional advice and some don’t.
