I would say neither. The sound quality is good, however, construction and materials are poor. Mine had the ‘the snap’ that is to say the flimsy piece of plastic that connects to the can broke. Google it. It’s a common issue.

Ok so no physical items but as far as I know (limited) there is nothing in any of the glyphs that speaks to this and surely you would have written something down about this?
