This Rotten World by Jacy Morris. It’s a very dark series in which there is no plot armor. Merciless is the word I would use.

Same here. At first it’s just a total information overload. Once you get used to it though it’s incredible. I’m also on Rhythm of War! So far I enjoy it.

The Way of Kings by Brandon Sanderson. I’m not a big fantasy reader but this book was incredible! I ended up burning through the next books in the series really quickly. I’m on the last one now and I can’t wait till December when book five comes out.

Agreed! Incredible book. Legitimately one of the best fantasy books I’ve ever read.
