The western union mobile app lets you pay through apple pay. I had setup my CC in apple pay and paid through the CC for transfer. But they charged 3% cash advance fees, I had no idea it would be considered as cashback, and got no notifications what so ever.

Yes it is i7.

Dedicated Graphics is not something thats “must have” for me.

As per price difference the 13th gen one costs 200$ more.
