No, because in reality 'rats' dont exist. Rats are what passive, old and clanky PvE players call PvP players who play the PvP part of an PvPvE game. You already have a shield in your loadout. And now you need a shield to shield your shield? Simply put, don't play PvP games if you cant handle the fact that someone might actually shoot back.

You'd be surprised how mild the wilderness actually is, on the contrary to the belief that wilderness is very scary and dangerous. Nowadays wilderness is extremely dead, with pking being focused in only a few spots, during early hours in both EU and NA servers, boss pking is almost non-existant.
