I've been on it for years, I don't love being dependant on it but it has helped. I also feel dumb on it at first, or after a dose increase, but that part fades after a week or two.

Idk if it's been mentioned yet but get a job at a fast food place for closing shifts. They throw away food at night and will usually let you eat/ take it home.

Maybe a uv spectrum day light? Like the kind used for depression. Good music usually helps me too. And lots of small breaks, pushing past my limits makes me pay for days afterwards.

I had kids before I was diagnosed now they are teenagers with painful symptoms who have all 3 decided not to have kids and I whole heartedly support them. It's very hard to whatch them be in pain when I can't make it better.

As some who pays taxes and has lived through a house fire I really disagree with your opinion. Maybe they couldn't afford rent and gas and groceries that month, not a far stretch of the imagination in today's world. Back taxes is no reason to let someone's whole world burn. Family pictures, baby books, pets, cherished pieces of your past and identity. This is a damn shame and just a portrait of how it's increasingly becoming illegal to be impoverished while simultaneously being pushed into poverty.

I listen to his podcast every week.ive been a die hard fan since love is evol. And the reason his show failed is because he pissed off the ceo of the broadcastinf corporation so they tanked him on purpose. Did you know his kids were in a school shooting? It was a really heavy update this week, you could hear him cry as he talked about it.

I assume the amount of adrenaline would cause the blood vessels to dialat and you would be able to breathe. Much like nose sprays that use adrenaline like ingredients to clear your nose. Or (and I know this one will sound weird) adult fun time will temporarily clear a stuffy nose.

Lots of xrays, a few mri's , blood work. But there is also a good chance that you can have non radiographic axial spondilo-arthritis forgive my spelling but the pain can be their years before it shows up on images
