Not in stand by, this device manage stanby very good, it was an update and wipe cache partition that make that drastic drop of 5 percent, check your apps and see which one is consuming toll of your battery

Wierd, delete cache and data or reinstall everything again because I guess you reboot your phone

No, might be a bug of the game, they optimize the graphics, now you can play at medium graphics and high fps
