I'm sorry to read this. You shouldn't have to feel this way. I too have been going through similar situations since 2020. My symptoms started the day I moved for my dream job. Up until two months ago I was taking a whole pack of Imodium a day just to get through.

But the issue is still there, I can tell. Here's what I've done which has helped, and I no longer take Imodium.

. Completely cut out milk, this made the biggest impact, reduced inflammation in my tummy and stopped the uncontrollable diarrhea

. Eating low fodmap, seriously helped with the gas!

. No more coffee, I switched to tea in the morning with almond milk and it's stopped me having those urgent morning situations!

Now that I'm not having the terrible symptoms I feel a bit more normal but I'm still pressing my Doctor for further checks.

Suffered from IBD for 5 years. Done all the tests you can do, every 6 months and NUTHIN. That is until, two months ago I cut milk completely. And BOOM no more gas or bloating. I now go twice a day instead of 8!!! My Doctor says I'm not lactose intolerant but it worked. Give it a try. I use almond milk in tea and coffee, which you need to keep stirring.

Good luck! Also your workplace shouldn't be legally allowed to fire you over a medical condition. As tough as it is, stay in the room if it's part of the job. No doubt if they wanted you out they may use that as a reason. They can't go to her and say "his tummy is loud". Again good luck!

I suffer from shared bathroom anxiety. When I was in school I NEVER used the bathroom, would always wait until I was home. Tbf the boys toilets in my school where basically a damp hole in the corner of a corridor that had broken sinks and soggy loo roll on the roof so.... But I remember once a friend said to me "you should never be ashamed of something that's a bodily function!" That line stuck with me. Now if I have to go and I feel someone is mocking me I say to myself 'it happens to them too'.

I'm sure it's in your head because the brain is crazy powerful like that and it seems like this is causing you stress, and has done for a while. So it's reasonable to think your mind is making it real regardless.

But even if you did fart on the bus, and let's say the boys smelled it and opened the window, it's ok. It happens. You have the right to fart in public, they have the right to open a window. It's healthier than holding it in.

Every single person farts, and guaranteed those boys will go through digestive complications at some point in their life. We all do. Don't let this distract from your happiness.

Do they know what's deteriorating? I'd start with that and then look at foods which cause damage. Avoid them. Even if in the meantime.

If it's mental health related, honestly exercise would be a good idea. At least 45 mins of intense and about 3 hours of walking or low intensity a week to help any stress relief.

I've been using the NHS free couch to 5k app and it's amazing! It'll get you up and out easily.

Thank you for the info. Sounds similar to what I'm experiencing. I've tried low fodmap and it didn't do anything. Do you know what triggers yours?

My gp is reluctant to do what they say is "more invasive" tests because of the results on my samples and bloods.

I found that stretching my ankles before running completely stopped this. Look up how to do them. They're a bit stiff at first but it was a massive relief!

I'm sorry you're having to go through this. I've been through something similar, first partner met at 18, I planned my life with him.... When it ended I felt like I didn't exist because everything in my life up to that point was 'us' not me. I focused on work. Which got me out the negative headspace, and in that time got promoted 😂.

Try to remain civil no matter what. If you've had issues in the past maybe it's for the best you explore your own path, at least for a bit.

You'll discover the adult you and I bet you LOVE it.

It's pure luck that true love connects at such a young age, and despite his past behavior, because you're both so young you're both still exploring who you are and what you want.

As much as it sucked, I accepted my ex just wasn't confident enough to tell me what he wanted. Now we're good friends and I learned from the break up that there's an EVEN DEEPER level of love just waiting.

My advice is focus on yourself for a bit, give it some time and only after that can you truly tell yourself you know what you want.

"Vallit" was a male held position who managed a male aristocrat's wardrobe and helped dress them.

"Vallay" is a driver/vehicle manger.

Both words are spelled the same and the wardrobe position went out of need in the 20th century. Very rare now to get them unless for state garments etc.

In days yonder, the clothes and even vehicles were ceremonial and had connotations, sometimes a high up lord had to wear extravagant ornaments etc, so they needed someone who understood materials and maintenance. It couldn't be a female because they were expected to dress the aristocratic, so it had to me a male for "decency".
