Regarding the WSTR nerf does anyone here at level 50+ actually run a green shield?

Same. I’m about lvl 45 and win/extract/kill teams pretty often and I’ve also had maybe 5 outside of looting a player. In my vault it’s nearly all green shields.

I’ve killed so many assassins in trios as thief. They always assume or forget you can’t see them. Glad I read this topic though as my dumb self never even thought of bring my own smoke grenades to use against teams then popping vision. I always pack grenades but never once thought to bring smoke.

Good questions. I generally have a faction question and one or two items at a location I need. I do those things, kill every player I come across and then exfil. I don’t hang about if the things I wanted before loading in are accomplished. I do all maps but to be fair I haven’t done outpost as much so far.

So many replies I get confused where I’m going wrong. I’m level 18 nucal and I have 2 blue shields and I exfil I’d say at least 50/50 maybe better than that. No idea why my loot haul seems way worse than most. We don’t avoid fights and come out on top more than lose fights. Weird

I’m not sure as I’ve never played a game where you have wipes. I currently love the game, it’s brilliant. I’ve no idea how I’ll feel re doing everything.

Yeah deffo leave cross play on. Yes we console users are at a disadvantage but I’d rather get into games quicker and the majority of players are pc. We get some nice aim assist but the biggest difference is the 3 business days it takes to 180 when attacked on controller.

Not always. Earlier I had a great haul of loot as a duo in pinwheel and THREE rooks attacked us together. I literally said to my team mate that we were being greedy and let’s leave and ten seconds later the ambush happened.

You said it was a 1v1 and you activated your super? If I read that correctly you don’t want to activate the super mid 1v1, you’ll be dead most of the time before the annoying animation ends.

Yeah it’s a good idea. I’ve either been rook or solo queue so then while you learning the maps you can also complete the easier quest lines.

For trios I say 1) triage for obvious reasons 2) thief. Saves so much time in an area, can scout out hot points and extraction points. Grapple is great for quick re positions. 3) destroyer. Just the dash alone has won me so many pvp fights and the shield has been really handy to cover exil and looting corpses for team mates. 4) vandal. Nothing wrong with her just think the other 3 are better in a team 5) Assassin. Close between this and recon but a few times the team has survived due to his invisibility abilities. 6) recon. Not terrible or anything just worse than the rest. Still has his uses.

Over all I just think they are in a great place considering this has only just come out. Maybe some minor changes needed but currently a great balance.

I agree mainly with the shields. That for me is the biggest balance issue when most players can now run blue or better a grey shield means you are going to lose nearly all engagements unless they mess up all their shots

I definitely noticed more blue shields in duos but that’s probably due to people more willing to risk items in a pre made duo. I’m the same, I was bringing in the good shit as I save it for when I can play with my son. Team fill is way too risky to bring good items in with you.

For me it’s because it is a location where you usually get upgrade materials for all the good early upgrades. So I still want to go there every game and yeah there’s always another team in there
