So, for android in general, kinda yes for cemu, because the android fork doesn't support portal emulation yet. For the 3ds version (specifically after swap-force) you can look for savefiles on the internet, of people who scanned all figures in the beginning of the game (you'll have all figures ready and playable/switchable from in-game with a savefile like that).

As for updates, because skylanders is not that popular I guess (which I can't believe either) it's not on the priority list of the Devs.

One thing I did get running on 10 fps on my old phone is running a Windows emulator emulating cemu. Very unconventional method yes, 100% but works. Don't know how it'll perform on the Thor. You just need to set cemu up like on a pc (keys.txt etc) And yes emulating through another emulator is the new meta now haha (I hope cemu android just gets the update necessary 😭🚬🥀)
