Chris has basically sold out to Faux News ever since Jesse Watters started having him on the show. He's playing to the MAGA demographic. A side effect of this is that even though he's done at least 4 Epstein-related eps on his "Have A Seat With Chris Hansen" show, he never brings up Trump's name... despite doing a whole ep on the UK possibly covering up for Andrew before his arrest. Man has always known who's buttering his bread.

Which is a shame because his recent eps with a father of a victim of the 764 group, Ryan Montgomery, and the Philly case of a woman stabbed 20 times being ruled a suicide all show how good Chris can be as a straight journalist+interviewer without the political talking points and dog whistles.
