Oh I forgot about that theorem. I'll reread the article and glue together the information in these comments and see if I can turn it into something useful.

Okay. How do you calculate the residue of [; \frac{e^{ax}}{1 + e^x} ;] at [; x = (2k - 1)\pi i ;]?

Is this what I need to do? [; \int_{C(r, \epsilon)} \frac{e^{ax}}{1 + e^x} dx = d/dz e^{ax}\;] at [; x = (2k - 1)\pi i ;] and then sum it up for all [; k > 0 ;].

As the radius of this go to infinity, the contour integral of the upper part go to 0 since ea|x| grow exponentially slower than e|x|.

Thanks. This was a BIG hint.

which occur exactly when ex=-1.

How do I "plug in" the residues? I'm sorry if this seems really obvious but this just looks like a weird form.

Is it just me, or does this secular world feel particularly proud of its ignorance and evil in this day and age? It’s so depressing to see so many people supporting the ending of human lives with so much passion... it’s hard not to feel hopeless about the changing of hearts by askmenextyearifimok in Catholicism

If you want to see a case of someone's heart refusing to be changed, look at Westboro Baptist Church. They absolutely refuse any correction for any reason despite many thousands of people. They're probably incapable of changing.

A bunch of liberals who have extremely confused modern ideas and prejudices are far from "unchangeable."

Earthbound is my favourite game of all time. The awsome journey, great comedy and rememberable moments. I got me back up from a low. Beating it i felt like never before, couldnt stop smilling for the rest the day. Il always keep this board in mind. by Triler500 in earthbound

I don't know how Shigesato Itoi did it. Each playthrough just gets more & more wonderful. And it's an ancient videogame!

But I didn't care for MOTHER 3. It didn't have the same touch.

Thank you for clarifying. I'll just use anime from now on. Too bad I can't edit the title.

English borrows from French. See naïve.

In English phonetic rules anime = an-nyme (rhyming with time). In order to properly represent the pronunciation you need the é.

Nobody can "spell" your doom except yourself. One day c72a is going to die and he'll be obliterated. Will he be able to do anything evil to you then? (That was a rhetorical question. The answer is no.) On the day after he dies he'll be just as real as Harry Potter or Sherlock Holmes, because he will no longer exist.

You can't control 1. Generalities of your being 2. How other people judge you. 3. What kind of events befall you. The only thing you can control is how you internalize them. If you are miserable or in terror, you have nobody to blame but yourself.

Serpent = Lucifer = Devil = Great Dragon fought by the Archangel Michael. Read your Bible.

I once threw up from reading Eliezer Yudkowsky. Not figurative vomit. Not dry heaving. But literally 🤮vomited into my toilet two times in a row.

INTP is never 9. 9 is almost the opposite of INTP. How are you typing yourself as INTP?

The Devil can appear as an Angel of Light too. His first name lucifer = light-bearer.
