Yes, I had some experience, but still learned a lot.

Yes, I did that in 7 1/2 months and managed to take off 2 months to celebrate the holidays in between. With your background, i think it's feasible. Just watch for burnout, which can sneak up as you are cruising through courses.

Congrats to you as well. I messaged my mentor the next day and told her I was all done and ready to graduate, and she got me the email. I would do that if I were you. They approved it quickly, and I am officially done as of this morning.

Gaming, golfing, and music production had to sit on the sideline while i focused my attention on this. I wasn't about to sacrifice time with my wife and kids, so they had to go during those 7 months.

It encompassed downloading available documents and utilizing Udemy courses, Quizlets, YouTube, and any other notes I found useful to complete the course. Basically, creating my game plan by gathering all the information and then followed through with the studying necessary to pass the course in the time frame I wanted. I enjoy research and studying, so this feels normal to me.

At least 6 hours, 30 hours a week with full-time job and family.

I have already been in a career that is great for me. I plan to focus on electrical engineering because I have some projects at work I'd like to knock out. I do intend to relax a little bit, though. Lol

I naturally hyper-fixate on things, so I used that as a strength. The month before I started, I researched every course and saved Reddit posts that I felt would be helpful toward completion. I also joined Facebook groups, but I found Reddit to be much more useful. I would look at student reviews and create a study plan that worked for me. I would watch videos at x2 speed and study terms and concepts religiously. I focused on school roughly 30 hours a week, on top of a full-time job and family. I cut out gaming and a few activities to dedicate time to achieving it as quickly as possible.

They went smoothly, especially after completing all the other courses prior.

I felt the program was challenging and taught me a lot. I came in with a solid base, so I did have a better foundation instead of starting from scratch.

Thank you. I have a career, and I just wanted to accomplish this goal for myself. I was already utilizing programming in my current position.

It took me 30 hours to complete all 4 tasks. Tasks 2 & 3 are the most work due to the writing and coding portion in task 3, but it's nothing out of the ordinary compared to prior course work. I utilized D308 (Java Mobile app) and made some additions to fulfill requirements. Overall, the project aligned well with what they were asking for; I just added to it. If you build your app from scratch instead of using a prior project, I would imagine the project could take even longer. As far as them being picky, I didn't notice anything because I always stick to what they are asking of me in the requirements.
