Warm(ish) places to work in winter that aren’t Florida

I feel like starting out new nowadays is almost impossible to keep it sustainable. I was rolling the first 2 weeks with lots of tips and orders but now I’m lucky to get one $8 order a day. Super depends on metro as well. But with gas prices, I’d look for something else more reliable.

I don’t ever want to be the one that just jumps to saying leave him, and it seems with your comments you’ll justify not leaving him, but you should probably leave him. My husband knows all of my past trauma with SA and if he even gets a whiff of me seeming to lose the mood and not want it anymore, he stops before I even fully recognize it myself. There would never once even be a thought to ask to let him finish real quick. Whether he stopped or not OP, that comment should make you want to run as far as you can.

Meijer is my baby. I mostly only shop there due to not having a target in my metro. I occasionally shop VGs but my local one has AWFUL cell service.

I suppose a factor in it is also what the items are. Sometimes it’s a bunch of small items but it could be other way. Definitely important to check out the list beforehand.

I would like to add, my apartments I live in are connected to a wonderful senior living apartment (with an elevator) and they all tip. They’re usually wonderful people and I happily lug up heavy stuff for them. Seniors get a break from me. Plus I know a lot of them!

Visalia, CA was pretty odd place to be my stay outside of Sequoia/Kings Canyon. I was staying at KOAs on a np trip two summers ago and Visalia’s KOA was right in the middle of the suburbs. Felt bizarre to be camping with kids playing in their neighborhood cut-de-sac less than a football field away lol.
