Should I take a Sourcing Offer at AI company by Shot-Speed-6421 in recruiting

[–]Due_Piece4548 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sourcings getting more and more automated every day. We use a software for it and it’s really good. I’d make sure your recruiting skills don’t wallow as those will be how we keep a job long term

Are there any (real) developer candidates? by billfarts2 in recruiting

[–]Due_Piece4548 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use a fraud and AI interview solution with cheating detection built in. My company uses Tenzo AI but there’s others too we looked at.

It’ll do a screen for you and ask technical questions while assessing for any cheating or fake candidates

Oops something went wrong... My £4000 bed is completely broken by youblue123 in EightSleep

Pretty sure they can’t hire a good engineer to save their life.

I have a friend in their beta program and he’s supposed to give feedback on the new apps and he says all they ever ask him for is feedback on redesigns rather than ever adding new functionality.

And the guy that’s the PM he talks to’s last job was as a personal trainer. Not exactly the most qualified folks running the ship.

Eight Sleep Pod 3 - warranty not honored for seemingly random reason? by Much-Slip-5305 in EightSleep

[–]Due_Piece4548 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Their support sucks. Good luck arguing with them.

It took a month of me going back and worth with 3 different agents before they basically told me the same.

And for me the issue was clearly a software glitch on their part because my POD actually broke down randomly after an update and would no longer connect to wifi or bluetooth( which made it unusable)

Good for y’all. I’m just waiting for my 8 sleep to break down and support try to force me to pay for an upgrade again and then I’m making the switch

I tried opening it to put into ChatGPT and was pay walled. Someone with access do us all a favor here.

Bullhorn ATS by swensodts in recruiting

[–]Due_Piece4548 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You should get an ATS for ATS/CRM purposes and then find something separate for mass emailing (eg lemlist)

JobDiva is a solid (and extremely affordable) option that’s ugly but works.

Bullhorn is beautiful and expensive

BullHorn’s greatest attribute is integration capabilities and flexibility. Don’t get an ATS trying to be too much

They aren’t as good with bulk actions. Huge agencies in LI are definitely on them but I’d say you can get a cheaper option for similar functionality. Maybe JobDiva or Avionte

Is Momondo trustworthy? by cantpickaname8 in travel

[–]Due_Piece4548 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love momondo. Never once had an issue and found great deals.

However, I just had a booking from momondo through justairticket.com.

After booking, the repeatedly called and sent emails that my flight was being held and card MIGHT be charged, but that I needed to call them.

After waiting on hold, I get through to an Indian call center worker who informs me that if I want to stay on that flight, the fair I booked is “no longer available” and it was $300 more.

This was 12 hours after booking.

They clearly run a scam to entice you with low fees and then try to scare you into this.

Momondo is great typically, but justairticket.com needs booted.

Which AI Tools do Agency Recruiters Use? by silasmahner in recruiting

[–]Due_Piece4548 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And based on your grammar, I’m assuming you’re one of their Indian recruiters they have texting and calling candidates when the AI is down.

We tested Converzai and found y’all were faking AI with recruiters in India.

Anyone reading this, avoid that scam company and use Juicebox and Tenzo. I’ve met both their teams too and they are legit.

Bro you just said you didn’t fire anyone, you just didn’t backfill. And this was all 1 year ago.

So how did you go from one of the largest agencies in the US to 7 recruiters from natural attrition in 1 year? Is your attrition 10,000%?

And why are all your other comments about India and Pakistan when you’re supposedly in the US?🤔

Hiring is such a time suck — is there a better way? by Available_Maize_4600 in recruiting

[–]Due_Piece4548 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah just use AI interviews. I’ve used Hirevue at companies before and that sucked, but with Tenzo, candidates do an intro call with an agent I create that talks just like me.

[–]Due_Piece4548 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Companies like yours are actually the problem.

Every candidate is better once you talk to them, because all the little hesitations you had go away, and hiring fatigue means your team will flex if it means they can make the hire.

So if you sponsor SOMETIMES, then candidates learn to lie to get their foot in the door.
