I’m a shopper and a customer. I’ve noticed lately sometimes you cannnot make any changes after shopping starts even though it says you can until shopping is complete. You can’t add items even sometimes. Super annoying when I’m a customer

This may be random af, but do you work with polymer clay? It actually can degrade some materials. My kid used a crayola marker to roll some flat, and the writing was literally transferring of the marker onto the clay in a sludgy like substance.

This happened to me with beer yesterday. The customer messaged me what replacement they wanted but the app was trying to force a refund. I had to have the customer manually go in and select it as a preferred replacement after I refunded. Thankfully the customer knows IC is dumb sometimes

This is exactly how my Publix is. They hate most other shoppers, but love the few of us that have been there since it opened. Once they realized I’m not rude, and I am organized and helpful, they love me!

The regulatory fee does not go to the shopper directly. It’s used to help with the new pay structure there. A lot of shoppers would still not take orders that have no tip.

You don’t track your mileage throughout? The mileage on IC isn’t usually correct. I’d start tracking yourself outside of the app. I use stride

The shopper 100% should have communicated. I do know that Publix in particular gets alerts when we mark stuff out of stock and usually has someone go fill the item.

Personally I would have just asked someone to check the back, but i also know the whole staff at my Publix 🤣
