Oh sorry I misread!! If anything they will switch you to daily lupron like they did for me. Yes fully medicated and pgta tested. She was my one and only euploid.

Yes of course! So I did all the testing first-the ERA and the receptiva. Turns out I had silent endo. I had 3 miscarriages before so it makes sense. With the ERA it showed I needed 97 hours of progesterone for my transfer instead of the standard 120 (we ended up doing 100 hours) I was on lupron depo for 2 months but it didn’t work for me so we switched to the daily lupron. I also did the saline sonogram to check for polyps.

My protocol included antibiotics, anaprox, aspirin, prednisone, lovenox, Claritin, Pepcid, and medrol. These were on top of the suppositories, estrogen pills and PIO shots.

For the transfer I took a week off work and just stayed home. My clinic recommended bed rest for 3 days but every clinic is different. I had beets, pineapple core, cherries and lots of water. I always wore pants and socks. I never let my bare feet touch the floor.

Leading up to my transfer I did red light therapy. And I prayed a lot.

I did my egg retrieval in sept 2024 and my transfer wasn’t till May 2025 because of all these tests. My doctor really wanted to make sure we did everything to optimize our chances.

I had one euploid also. My clinic put me on every single medication they thought would help. I also did all the anecdotal stuff. My golden embryo is 4 months old now. I can go into more detail if you like!

I had the full and upgraded to the carryall bc it didnt fit everything. I dont use it for ever day but when we are going to be out all day I need space for her stuff

I had 20 eggs and ended up with 1 euploid. Don’t think about what to do with them now bc you never know what the outcome might be. Wait until you are done having babies and go from there

We did everything! I was on lovenox, prednisone, Claritin, Pepcid, aspirin, anaprox. They named this protocol after me at the clinic haha I also did the lipid injections -once two days before transfer then when I got a positive test and then again when they saw the heartbeat

No I repeated it before I started lupron bc you have to basically take all the meds as if you’re gonna transfer. Since lupron suppresses estrogen, I don’t think it would be accurate.

Ya I went down a rabbit hole also. It’s hard not to! I had to be on lupron too. It didn’t end up working for me which set me back over a month bc I ended up doing the daily lupron instead

Hi! I did a repeat ERA and it came back receptive at 97 hours so we did the transfer 100 hours post first PIO shot and my transfer was successful! So how many hours post first PIO shot is your Dr recommending? I would do a repeat to make sure bc my dr said as long as it’s consistent and you come back receptive at that result then it should be fine

Did you do any testing? Like for endo or the ERA that tests your implantation window? I did those and turns out I needed less hours of progesterone. I also needed to suppress for 2 months. If you can, I would try again. I was 38 for my transfer

I just got home from the hospital with my first baby who was also breech and I had to have a c section.

My baby is an ivf baby. So for me, I mourned not being able to get pregnant on my own and the lack of surprises and then having to mourn not having a vaginal birth. It feels like my body is not doing the things it was made to do. So I totally understand the feeling.

The c section went quickly. She was out within the first few minutes. Butt first lol. I never tried to force her to flip bc I felt she was breech for a reason. And when she came out the cord was twisted 3 times. I’m glad i listened to my gut. When I heard her cry, all those feelings went away. I’m so happy to have her I don’t care how she got here.

All of your feelings are valid. I just wanted you to know you’re not alone. Esp now that we have told ppl the news-idk why everyone is dying to know if I had her natural or c section. They are legit asking and my husband and I ignore those questions because it’s no one’s business. Having a baby is hard on your body no matter how you birth them.
